We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Grocery Manager to join our retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a strong knowledge of grocery operations, and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Grocery Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the grocery department
- Ensure the grocery department is fully stocked, organized, and clean at all times
- Manage inventory levels and order products to meet customer demand
- Train and supervise grocery department staff, providing feedback and guidance as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with creating and implementing promotions and sales strategies to drive revenue
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, and make recommendations for improvement
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning for the grocery department

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a grocery retail environment
- Strong knowledge of grocery products and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership abilities and team management experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred
