We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Groundskeeper to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining outdoor spaces and ensuring the grounds are kept in pristine condition. This position is based in Education, where the outdoor environment plays a crucial role in creating a positive and conducive learning environment for students.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Groundskeeper in all aspects of grounds maintenance, including mowing, edging, planting, watering, and weeding.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor spaces, including walkways, playgrounds, and sports fields.
- Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
- Assist with landscaping projects, such as planting new trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the grounds are prepared for special events and activities.
- Monitor and report any issues or concerns regarding the grounds to the Head Groundskeeper.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping.
- Knowledge of proper horticultural techniques and practices.
- Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining outdoor spaces.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
