We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Physician to join our team in the construction industry in Dubai. The Assistant Physician will be responsible for providing medical support and assistance to the primary physician on site, as well as ensuring the health and safety of all employees working on construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the primary physician in conducting medical assessments and exams for construction workers
- Administer first aid and emergency medical care as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all employees
- Educate employees on health and safety practices in the workplace
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of all employees
- Participate in health and safety meetings and training sessions
- Assist in the development and implementation of health and wellness programs for employees

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine or related field
- Valid license to practice as a Physician Assistant in Dubai
- [Random number] years of experience working in a medical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations in the construction industry
