We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Principal to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the real estate industry and a strong background in leadership and management.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Principal in overseeing the daily operations of the Real Estate department
- Manage a team of agents and administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other industry professionals
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed on industry trends and market conditions
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software applications
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
