We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Product Manager to join our growing team in the Information Technology sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the product management team in the development, launch, and enhancement of our innovative IT products. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps to meet market demands and company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure product alignment and successful launches.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities for product improvements.
- Gather and document product requirements from stakeholders, ensuring they are well-defined and aligned with user needs.
- Support the product lifecycle management process, including planning, development, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
- Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to inform future product enhancements and iterations.
- Prepare and present product updates and reports to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and product documentation, including user guides and training resources.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that products meet quality standards before launch.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to contribute to product strategy discussions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, project management, or related roles within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
