We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with the Project Manager to oversee and manage retail construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably within the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of retail construction projects in Dubai.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Monitor project progress and performance to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for construction projects.
- Manage project documentation and ensure all relevant paperwork is in order.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
- Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with project requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
