Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Dubai within the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. This role will involve assisting the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of various properties within the Energy sector.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and maintenance of properties
- Conduct regular property inspections and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Manage tenant relations, including responding to inquiries, addressing complaints, and enforcing lease agreements
- Assist in developing and implementing property management policies and procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for assigned properties
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or related field
- [3-8] years of experience in property management, preferably within the Energy sector
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
