We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Retail Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail management and a drive to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Retail Manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store
- Ensure the store meets sales goals and targets
- Manage and motivate retail staff to provide excellent customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue
- Train new employees on store policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist in conducting regular performance evaluations for retail staff

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of energy industry products is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
