We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Treasurer to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in the agriculture industry being a plus. The Assistant Treasurer will be responsible for assisting in the management of the company's financial operations, including cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
- Manage cash flow and monitor financial transactions
- Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for funding and investment opportunities
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies
- Assist in risk management and compliance activities
- Provide support to the Treasurer in strategic financial planning

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the agriculture industry is preferred
