Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Construction Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction management, with a focus on transportation and logistics projects. The Assistant Construction Manager will work closely with the Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of the construction project, from planning to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with the Construction Manager to develop project schedules and budgets
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring that work is being completed according to plans and specifications
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor progress and quality of work, and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and RFIs
- Assist in the selection and procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project
- Provide regular updates to the Construction Manager on project status and any potential risks or delays

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
