We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Project Manager based in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist the Project Manager in overseeing and managing all aspects of real estate development projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Help in managing project costs and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints
- Assist in resolving any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Support the Project Manager in ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in real estate development or project management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
