We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction and project management, with a strong understanding of operations and logistics.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying potential risks and implementing solutions to mitigate them
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met
- Assist in managing project documentation and reporting, including progress reports and financial updates
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in evaluating project performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Support the Operations Program Manager in day-to-day operations and strategic planning

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of construction processes and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- UAE driving license is a plus
