Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Program Manager to join our dynamic Information Technology team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of various IT projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. This role is crucial for facilitating communication between stakeholders, managing project timelines, and delivering high-quality results within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and translate them into actionable project tasks.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks or issues that may affect project delivery.
- Prepare regular status reports and updates for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals.
- Support the management of project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, document lessons learned, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management and information technology.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in project management or program management within the IT sector.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) is a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is advantageous.
