We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Athletic Scout to join our team in Al Ain. As an Athletic Scout, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting talented student-athletes for our educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend sporting events and tournaments to evaluate potential student-athletes
- Build relationships with coaches, athletes, and parents to gather information on potential recruits
- Evaluate student-athletes based on their athletic ability, academic performance, and character
- Create detailed reports on potential recruits and present findings to coaching staff and admissions team
- Coordinate campus visits and meetings with potential recruits and their families
- Stay up-to-date on current trends in college athletics and recruiting practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- [X] years of experience in athletic recruiting
- Strong knowledge of various sports and recruiting processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed
