We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Athletic Scout to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. The Athletic Scout will be responsible for identifying and recruiting talented athletes for our pharmaceutical company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend sporting events, tournaments, and competitions to identify potential athletes who meet the criteria set by the company
- Evaluate the skills, performance, and potential of athletes through observation and analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with coaches, trainers, and other relevant individuals in the sports industry
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations on potential recruits to the recruitment team
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, tryouts, and interviews with potential recruits
- Stay updated on industry trends, rules, regulations, and advancements in sports science
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in athletic scouting or talent identification
- Strong knowledge of various sports and athletic disciplines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
