Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Auctioneer Assistant to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. As an Auctioneer Assistant, you will provide support to the Auctioneer in conducting auctions for construction equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Auctioneer in organizing and cataloging items to be auctioned
- Set up auction displays and ensure all items are presented in an appealing manner
- Assist bidders and answer any questions they may have during the auction
- Record winning bids and process payments
- Coordinate with vendors and buyers to ensure smooth transactions
- Assist in the marketing and promotion of upcoming auctions
- Maintain accurate records of auction inventory and sales data
- Provide general administrative support to the Auctioneer

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the construction industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of construction equipment and machinery is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
