We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Audiology Assistant to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals with hearing difficulties and will provide support to our audiologists in conducting hearing tests and fittings for hearing aids.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting audiologists in conducting hearing tests and evaluations
- Cleaning and maintaining hearing aid equipment
- Assisting patients with the fitting and adjustment of hearing aids
- Providing information and support to patients regarding hearing health and proper hearing aid use
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing insurance claims
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Audiology or related field
- Previous experience working in audiology or a related field (minimum 2 years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency with computer and office software
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
