Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Auto Appraiser Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai's agriculture sector. The ideal candidate will assist in evaluating the value of agricultural vehicles and machinery, ensuring accurate assessments for our clients. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for the agricultural industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the lead auto appraiser in conducting thorough inspections of agricultural vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
- Collect and analyze data on vehicle condition, mileage, and market trends to assist in determining fair market value.
- Document findings accurately and prepare detailed reports outlining the appraisal process and outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients, dealers, and manufacturers to gather relevant information regarding vehicle history and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of appraisals and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in agricultural machinery and vehicle valuation.
- Provide administrative support to the appraisal team, including scheduling appointments and managing documentation.
- Assist in resolving client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in vehicle appraisal, agricultural equipment, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and appraisal software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
