Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Auto Appraiser Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will support our auto appraisal operations by assisting in the evaluation of vehicles and providing vital information to ensure accurate appraisals. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the automotive industry and education, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior auto appraisers in conducting thorough inspections of vehicles to assess their condition, value, and marketability.
- Gather and analyze relevant data on vehicle specifications, market trends, and historical pricing to support appraisal decisions.
- Document findings and prepare detailed reports that outline the condition and estimated value of vehicles.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and customer service, to provide accurate information and support the appraisal process.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of appraisals, supporting documentation, and correspondence.
- Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to vehicle appraisal and valuation.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance appraisal skills and knowledge of automotive technology.
- Assist in customer service inquiries related to vehicle appraisals and provide timely responses to clients’ questions or concerns.
- Support the development and implementation of educational programs related to auto appraisal for staff and students.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive appraisal, vehicle sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics, valuation methods, and market dynamics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and appraisal software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid UAE driver’s license is required.
