We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of automotive operations within our Aerospace and Defense division.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of automotive activities within the Aerospace and Defense division
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the automotive team, including technicians, mechanics, and support staff
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure timely delivery of automotive products and services
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing automotive operations in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless integration of automotive activities with overall business objectives
- Develop and manage the departmental budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high quality standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to the automotive team, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in automotive operations management, preferably within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, technologies, and best practices
- Proven track record of successfully managing automotive operations and leading teams to achieve business objectives
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
