We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Manager Assistant in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Automotive Service Manager in overseeing the maintenance and repair of our agricultural vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Automotive Service Manager in planning and scheduling vehicle maintenance and repair activities
- Coordinate with technicians and mechanics to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies and place orders as needed
- Keep detailed records of vehicle maintenance and repair history
- Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues with vehicles and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Help maintain a safe and clean work environment in the service department

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- [Random number] years of experience in automotive service or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of agricultural vehicles and equipment is a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
