We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Avionics Technician Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist the Avionics Technicians in maintaining and repairing avionics systems in our fleet of aircraft.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Avionics Technicians in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining avionics systems in aircraft
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on avionics equipment
- Assist in the installation of new avionics equipment and systems
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations when working on avionics systems
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operation of avionics systems

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- FAA certification or equivalent preferred
- [Random number] years of experience in avionics maintenance and repair
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
