Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Baggage Handler Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the handling, sorting, and loading of baggage in a fast-paced environment. As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service, you will ensure that all baggage is managed efficiently and accurately, contributing to a seamless travel experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the loading and unloading of baggage from aircraft, ensuring all items are handled with care and according to safety regulations.
- Sort and categorize baggage based on destination, priority, and special handling requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain effective communication and ensure timely baggage handling.
- Conduct regular inspections of baggage equipment and report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with aviation security regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns regarding baggage retrieval and handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge related to baggage handling and customer service.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a baggage handling or related position within the aviation or logistics industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy baggage (up to 32 kg) and stand for long periods.
- Knowledge of safety and security protocols related to baggage handling is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
