Job Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Ballet Dancer Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a Ballet Dancer Assistant, you will work closely with professional ballet dancers to support them in their daily rehearsals and performances. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with costume changes, providing support during dance routines, and helping with the overall coordination of rehearsals and performances.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist ballet dancers with costume changes before and during performances
- Provide support and guidance to dancers during rehearsals and performances
- Help with the setup and breakdown of rehearsal spaces and performance venues
- Assist with the coordination of props, sets, and other equipment needed for performances
- Maintain a clean and organized rehearsal space
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the ballet director or choreographer

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a ballet company or dance studio
- Strong knowledge of ballet techniques and terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Dance or related field
- Professional dance training or certification
- Experience working with professional ballet dancers
