We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bank Branch Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and finance, with extensive experience managing branch operations and leading a team of banking professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including customer service, sales, compliance, and staff management
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve financial targets
- Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and the local community
- Monitor branch performance and implement improvement strategies as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of banking products and services
- Ability to analyze financial data and make strategic decisions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
