We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Bank Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail banking and strong leadership skills to drive the success of our branch.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including customer service, sales, and staff management
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets
- Monitor and analyze branch performance, including financial reports and customer feedback
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals to deliver exceptional service to customers
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and promote the bank's products and services
- Collaborate with other departments and senior management to achieve overall business objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of banking products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership abilities and ability to motivate a team
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
