We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Operations Manager to join our telecommunications company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and overseeing all aspects of employee benefits operations, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive benefits programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce
- Manage relationships with benefit providers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and competitive benefits packages
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, claims processing, and compliance with local laws and regulations
- Analyze benefits data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to develop budgets and forecasts for benefits programs
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of benefits information to employees
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in benefits management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in benefits operations, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to employee benefits in the UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
