We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Benefits Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As the Benefits Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the benefits programs within our Aerospace and Defense company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive benefits programs that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage day-to-day operations of the benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws related to benefits programs
- Analyze and evaluate benefits data to make recommendations for program enhancements and improvements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, finance, and legal departments, to ensure effective communication and coordination of benefits programs
- Supervise a team of benefits specialists and coordinators to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of benefits programs to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in benefits administration and make recommendations for implementing new strategies
- Provide guidance and support to employees on benefits-related inquiries and issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [Number] years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to benefits programs in Dubai
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
