We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the beverage operations within our construction company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the beverage department, including inventory management, staff training, menu development, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for beverage operations
- Manage inventory levels and ordering of beverages to ensure optimal stock levels
- Train and supervise beverage staff to ensure high levels of customer service
- Create and maintain beverage menus in line with company standards and customer preferences
- Monitor and analyze sales and profitability of the beverage department
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to beverage operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in beverage operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
