Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bilingual Educator to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, coupled with experience in bilingual instruction, particularly in Arabic and English. This role is integral to fostering an inclusive learning environment that empowers students to excel academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
- Teach core subjects in both Arabic and English, ensuring curriculum alignment with educational standards and manufacturing-related content.
- Develop and adapt instructional materials to enhance the learning experience for bilingual students.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, administrators, and parents to support student progress and well-being.
- Assess student performance through various forms of evaluation, including tests, projects, and presentations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Facilitate a classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and a positive attitude toward learning.
- Organize and lead extracurricular activities that enhance students' understanding of the manufacturing industry.
- Stay updated on teaching methodologies, educational technologies, and industry trends to continuously improve instructional practices.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the broader educational community in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a bilingual setting, preferably within the manufacturing or technical education sectors.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is an advantage, with the ability to integrate real-world applications into the curriculum.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of various ages and backgrounds.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and tools to enhance learning experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
