We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Bill Collector to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collecting outstanding debts in the energy sector.

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to inquire about their overdue payments
- Negotiate payment plans and deadlines with customers
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are made on time
- Update customer records with payment information
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
- Prepare and send invoices and statements to customers
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bill Collector or similar role in the energy industry
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Minimum [random number below 8] years of experience in bill collection
