We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Assistant to join our retail team in Dubai. The Billing Assistant will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer invoices and ensuring timely payments from clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and send out invoices to customers
- Verify discrepancies and resolve client billing issues
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices
- Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments
- Prepare and present financial reports related to billing activities
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth and efficient billing processes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Billing Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of billing procedures and best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
