We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Operations Program Manager to join our telecommunications team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom billing systems and operations, along with exceptional project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of billing operations, including overseeing billing processes, procedures, and systems
- Develop and implement billing strategies to optimize revenue and efficiency
- Lead a team of billing specialists to ensure accurate and timely billing for all customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve billing processes and resolve any billing issues
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to billing operations and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in telecom billing operations
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and billing partners

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in billing operations, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful program management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in billing systems and software
