We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Education sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing billing operations, overseeing billing processes, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the billing operations team and ensure smooth functioning of billing processes
- Develop and implement billing policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor billing activities and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Analyze billing data and generate reports for management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as Finance and Administration to streamline billing processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in billing operations
- Train and mentor billing operations staff to ensure high performance and productivity
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in billing operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing operations or related field
- Strong knowledge of billing systems and processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
