Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Biologist to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research and experiments to support the development and production of biological products. This role requires a deep understanding of biological processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and experiments to understand biological processes and their applications in manufacturing.
- Analyze biological data and interpret results to inform product development and quality control processes.
- Collaborate with product development teams to design and optimize biological products, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology products, and industrial enzymes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all laboratory and manufacturing processes.
- Prepare and present research findings and technical reports to stakeholders, including management and regulatory agencies.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for laboratory and manufacturing processes.
- Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities related to biological manufacturing processes.
- Stay current with advancements in biological research and manufacturing techniques to continuously improve processes and products.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff and interns in biological techniques and methodologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment, with a focus on biological processes.
- Strong knowledge of molecular biology techniques, microbiology, and bioprocessing.
- Experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, PCR, and spectrophotometry is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using laboratory software and data analysis tools.
