We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cell Biologist Assistant to join our Consumer Goods company in Al Ain. The Cell Biologist Assistant will work closely with our team of Cell Biologists to conduct research, experiments, and analysis to support the development of new consumer goods products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting cell biology experiments and research projects
- Perform cell culture techniques, including cell maintenance, passage, and counting
- Prepare cell culture media and reagents
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- Maintain accurate and organized laboratory records
- Assist in the development and optimization of cell-based assays
- Assist in the preparation of scientific reports and presentations
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
- Previous experience working in a laboratory setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of cell biology techniques and methodologies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Cell Biology or a related field
- Previous experience working in the consumer goods industry
