We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boat Captain Assistant to join our retail team based in Abu Dhabi. The Boat Captain Assistant will work closely with the Boat Captain to ensure the smooth operation of our boat tours and activities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Boat Captain in navigating the boat safely and efficiently
- Assist with mooring and anchoring the boat
- Help with the maintenance and cleaning of the boat
- Assist with loading and unloading passengers and cargo
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests on board
- Assist with emergency procedures and protocols
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Boat Captain

Requirements:
- Previous experience working on boats or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of boating safety regulations and procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of the job
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid boat operator's license
- First aid and CPR certification
- Knowledge of local waterways and landmarks
