We are seeking a skilled Boat Mechanic to join our team in Dubai, specializing in agriculture. The Boat Mechanic will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on a variety of boats used in agricultural operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance on boats, including engine inspections, oil changes, and part replacements
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues on boats, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and hull damage
- Performing preventative maintenance to ensure boats are in optimal working condition
- Installing new boat components and systems as needed
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed
- Ensuring all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Boat Mechanic
- Strong understanding of boat engines, electrical systems, and hull maintenance
- Knowledge of agricultural boat operations is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical degree or certification in Marine Mechanics
