We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Book Editor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the transportation and logistics industry and a keen eye for detail. As a Book Editor, you will be responsible for overseeing the editing and publication of various books related to transportation and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and editing manuscripts to ensure they meet publishing standards and are error-free
- Collaborating with authors, writers, and other team members to develop and refine book content
- Fact-checking and verifying information to ensure accuracy and credibility
- Ensuring consistency in writing style, formatting, and layout throughout the book
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines
- Providing feedback and guidance to authors on improving their writing and content
- Working closely with designers, proofreaders, and other professionals to produce high-quality books
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure content is relevant and engaging
- Assisting with marketing and promotional efforts for books, including writing book summaries and press releases

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in book editing, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in using editing software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of publishing industry standards and practices
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Passion for reading and a deep understanding of the transportation and logistics industry
