We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Bookstore Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for books and healthcare, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bookstore, including managing inventory, ordering new stock, and ensuring the store is clean and organized
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and supervise bookstore staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Build and maintain relationships with publishers, distributors, and other vendors
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Manage the bookstore budget and financial performance, including setting sales targets and monitoring expenses
- Collaborate with other departments within the healthcare facility to promote literacy and education

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bookstore management or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and terminology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
