We are seeking a skilled Botanical Garden Technician to join our retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants and horticulture, as well as a strong background in maintaining and caring for botanical gardens.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, design, and maintenance of the botanical garden
- Plant, water, and prune a variety of plant species
- Monitor plant health and treat any pests or diseases
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the garden is clean and well-maintained
- Assist in the organization and execution of events and workshops in the garden
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors, answering questions and providing information about the plants

Requirements:
- A degree in Horticulture, Botany, or a related field
- [X] years of experience working in a botanical garden or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of plant care and maintenance techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local plant species and their care requirements is a plus
