We are seeking a skilled and experienced Botanical Garden Technician to join our team in Dubai. As a Botanical Garden Technician in the Aerospace and Defense industry, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the botanical gardens on our premises. Your role will involve working closely with our team to ensure the gardens are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the overall health and appearance of the botanical gardens, including watering, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing plants.
- Monitor and control pests and diseases that may affect the plants in the garden.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new garden features and landscaping projects.
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the gardens are maintained to a high standard.
- Keep accurate records of plant inventory, maintenance schedules, and any issues that arise in the gardens.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of a wide variety of plant species and their care requirements.
- Experience in landscaping and garden design.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of pest and disease control methods for plants.
