We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Sales Manager to join our Manufacturing company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth within the branch.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals
- Build strong relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless business operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the Manufacturing industry is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
