We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, working within the education sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our brand operations program, ensuring that our brand is consistently represented and promoted in a positive and impactful way.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand operations strategies and initiatives in line with company objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Manage brand operations budget and resources effectively
- Lead and mentor a team of brand operations specialists to ensure high performance and professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or related roles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing brand operations programs
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
