Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team in the agriculture sector in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving brand strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing brand visibility within the industry. Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement brand strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
2. Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day brand operations including supply chain management, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Ensure the effective execution of brand marketing campaigns and initiatives across various channels.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment in messaging and positioning.
- Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external partners, including agencies and suppliers.
4. Performance Analysis:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of brand operations and marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate performance insights and strategic recommendations.
5. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets related to brand operations and marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximizing ROI.
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making and resource allocation.
6. Innovation and Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within brand operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand management and agriculture.
7. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of brand operations professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance on professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience in brand management, operations, or related fields, preferably within the agriculture sector.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy development and execution.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and data analysis tools.
