We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Broadcast Producer to join our team in Dubai. As a Broadcast Producer in the Aerospace and Defense industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality and engaging broadcast content related to our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute broadcast projects from start to finish, ensuring all content is delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and creative, to develop content that aligns with our brand and messaging
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of production, including scriptwriting, casting, filming, editing, and post-production
- Work closely with external vendors and agencies to ensure the quality and consistency of the final product
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in broadcast production
- Oversee the distribution and promotion of broadcast content across various channels, including television, radio, and online platforms

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Media Production, or a related field
- [5-8] years of experience in broadcast production, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong creative vision and storytelling skills
- Proficiency in video editing software and other production tools
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the latest broadcast technologies and trends
