We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Budget Analyst Assistant in our retail organization based in Dubai. The Budget Analyst Assistant will work closely with the Budget Analyst to support the development, monitoring, and analysis of the company's financial budgets.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and development of annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Monitor and analyze budget performance on a regular basis
- Prepare reports and presentations on budget variances and financial performance
- Assist in identifying areas for cost savings and revenue generation
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy of budget information
- Support the Budget Analyst in financial modeling and analysis
- Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
