We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Budget Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services and a strong understanding of budgeting processes.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets
- Work closely with department heads to gather budget information and ensure accuracy
- Track expenses and compare against budget projections
- Prepare budget variance reports and provide analysis to management
- Assist in developing financial forecasts and projections
- Review financial statements and reports for accuracy
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies
- Support in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- [X] years of experience in budgeting or financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
