We are seeking a highly skilled Budget Planning Manager to join our Information Technology team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on budget management within the IT industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the annual budget for the IT department, working closely with department heads to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic goals
- Monitor and analyze budget performance on a regular basis, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as needed
- Forecast future financial needs and assist in long-term financial planning
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations for decision-making
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and executive leadership
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in budget planning and financial management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- [X] years of experience in budget planning and financial analysis, preferably in the IT industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and forecasting financial performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
