We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Building Code Inspector to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction codes and regulations in the UAE, particularly in Dubai, and will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects comply with these codes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other applicable laws.
- Review construction plans and blueprints to ensure they meet code requirements.
- Identify and document any violations or issues found during inspections.
- Work closely with contractors, architects, and engineers to address any code compliance issues.
- Prepare detailed reports of inspection findings and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on changes to building codes and regulations in Dubai and ensure compliance with new requirements.
- Assist in the enforcement of building codes and regulations by issuing citations or stop work orders when necessary.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience as a Building Code Inspector or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction codes and regulations in Dubai.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE driver's license.
